Gentlemen,

I beg to inform you that I wn in receipt of a telaram from His Majesty's Minister of yesterday's date to the following; effect;

* above sense to the Local Authorities. "

In accordance with this suggestion you should agree to purchase the stone at Centract price and at the same time induce your contracters to apply formally for quarrying permits. I shall in due course advise His Majesty's Minister of the manner in which these application are dealt with by the Canten Authorities.
